I do ask that new clients please arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out a health history form. This may be filled out and submitted online under the health history form tab prior to arriving if preferred.

Full payment is required upon arrival before appointment begins.

Service prices do not include gratuity and nor is it required, but is truly appreciated. 

If you should have to cancel, a cancellation 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment is greatly appreciated. 

If ever feeling symptoms of a cold, fever, flu etc., I ask that you please reschedule for another time as we strive to maintain a clean environment. This is for your own safety as massage can accelerate the onset of symptoms.

Minors under the age of 16 may receive massage as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian and those ages 16-18 must have signed consent. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence or acting in an unruly manner.
